Construction of landmark office building in Hammarby Sjöstad
The commission was to design an office building with the special focus on the outer shell. Stripes of massive concrete elements take turns with rows of double glazed façade. The house consists of a slightly curved lower volume accentuated at one end with the tower. An interesting engineering challenge was the proximity of a tunnel and henceforth the managing the risk of a directed fire blast. The building has been classified as a Green Building.
